Customers love this rug for its exceptionally soft feel underfoot and its subtle, artistic blend of warm colors that easily complements diverse home decor. Many note that the pattern effectively conceals pet hair and routine wear while holding up nicely to everyday foot traffic. Some shoppers mention that the rug arrives folded and can take some time and flattening techniques to fully release its shipping creases.
Like most people I was skeptical about an online purchase based on a virtual image and description. Of course I was also considering quality and price and had read the reviews. I was trying to cover all the bases before clicking the buy button. I’m so GLAD I did the rug is beautiful the service was prompt instructions to eliminate shipping wrinkles worked. We had purchased a similar sized rug from another source and there was no comparison to quality. We will buy from here from now on.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · GrayI bought this in an 8x10 let me tell ya I am sooo very happy with it. The photos on here really show the details. I dont think they are as pronounced in person which I liked. This is one of those that look darker one way and lighter the other but as you have a lil while it has become more of the same. It vacuums beautifully and is holding up to very high traffic. I Love It!! And I love this company! Today I am purchasing my 5th rug from them.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Round · GrayThe rug adds color without calling attention to itself. The pattern is subtle not boring. I'm put a matching one in the dining room to pull things together - the variations in color due to the pile make them seem to be two different rugs. The rugs arrive folded but work themselves back to flat quickly. Heavy books on the corners help. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Navy BlueWe love it. Colors are beautiful and soft on feet.
Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · MultiSuper soft .. lovely markings a little more of the colored areas than it appears in picture. the color rather than the pale blue grey dominates half the rug. And It is a little more red than I expected from photo. Happy with our trendy new rug!!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiRug arrived on time and as described. Colors are beautiful and rug is very soft (actually almost too soft kind of slippery). No issues with shedding slight odor but that is to be expected.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · MultiWe needed a short runner for inside the slider. The dogs go in and out here so we needed something that would hide pet hair too. This rug fit the bill perfectly it’s busy enough to hide any spots and a great size. And nice and soft for sunbathing ;)
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · Navy BlueExcellent customer service. Representative picked up at 2 a.m.. and help take care of the issue immediately. My carpet arrived and was not properly cut at each end. It was highly noticeable. The representative quickly sent out another runner. This runner wascut perfectly straight and looked amazing. I'm very happy with a quality and look out of my carpet.
Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · MultiLove our new rug. The colors are very muted and subtle and make the room feel warm and cozy. Pile is perfect. We have 2 big dogs who are very hard on rugs. Feeling confident that the colors and ‘pattern’ will mask any dog assaults. The surface feels a bit slippery as others have mentioned. It also feels as though it might repel dirt and stains. Happy with the purchase.
