170cm x 230cm Hand Knotted Mamluk Rug

Product Details

Product Description

Hand-knotted from wool in Afghanistan, this rectangular piece from the Mamluk collection displays an intricate Persian design. The composition centres around geometric medallions and compartmentalised filigree motifs, framed by a broad, subtly mottled outer border. A balanced palette of soft silver-grey, slate, and charcoal brown defines the field, complemented by light fringe along the edges. The medium wool pile delivers a natural texture and dependable substance underfoot.

Measuring 230 cm x 170 cm, this rug is ideally proportioned to anchor a central seating area in a living room, complement a dining area, or sit beneath a bed in a master bedroom. Its muted grey tones harmonise with natural timber flooring, raw stone, and neutral upholstery in cream, taupe, or dark charcoal.
